This machine adopts stable hydraulic driving system and adjustable pressure. Electromagnetic clutch of stable running, high precision, strong cutting pressure,high efficiency is used for cutting paper, the double digital-display paper-cutter uses a position detecting system. The cutting dimensions are displayed on the liquid crystal screen, resolution rate can be up to 0.10mm. Paper-feeder adopts double guide-wheel system to ensure the cutting precision, reading precision and simultaneously display the front and rear sizes. Also  , the machine is equipped with some safety devices: IR ray protective device is more convenient for cutting with optical knife-line alignment, button operated by two hands, single circulation cutting device ect.
